Towards a critical reading of the philosophy of religion as religious metaphysics

From theoretical and practical philosophy, we seek to critically analyze the role of the philosophy of religion from its metaphysical approach. Therefore, a critical reading is made of the philosophy of religion understood as religious metaphysics based on the construction of its identity, its origins, the passage from natural theology to the philosophy of religion, its descriptive definition having as references the anthropological turn, the discovery of other religions and the bankruptcy of dogmatic thought. Likewise, the concept, nature and methodological perspectives as a philosophical discipline are addressed, concluding in its understanding as religious metaphysics. By way of conclusion, the practical daily life of the human being becomes a religious experience with its consequent expression of the sense of religiosity, evidenced in metaphysical reality.
