In this article, Foucault's view of the body and the emergence of the body as an indispensable element of political power will be examined. Thus, we will discuss how organization is objectified in periods of disciplinary and regulatory power. In the context of regulating power, we will try to show what basic dynamics correspond the soul, which is the prison of the body, to power and the body. In both periods, we see that power chooses the body as space. The body represents the body of society and functions as such. In the study, the capture of the soul as an element that affects, shapes, changes and transforms the body will be examined in the understanding of regulatory power after disciplinary power. Ultimately, as this endeavor results in the production of new power dynamics, it will attempt to show in a critical context that power does not allow for any change, transformation and improvement of individuals and criminals whom it perceives as bodies.
