Abstract

The need to improve teaching and learning processes is a topic that worries students, rectors and Higher Level institutions in Argentina, both public and private. Many universities have wanted to experience the ICTs, implementing "Distance Education" by making a mix of face-to-face and non-face-to-face education, depending on each particular institution. In this document I analyze a particular case, the experience of using the virtual classroom (moodle) in a subject in the Marketing area. This work invites us to reflect on how new technologies impact learning models, transforming educational processes at the higher level, both for students and teachers.
