"Our Common Agenda" emerges as a comprehensive response to contemporary global challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, conflict and climate change. The initiative advocates for the implementation of existing agreements, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a call for multilateralism led by the United Nations. Meanwhile, the "New Youth Agenda" focuses on the specific challenges facing younger generations in the aftermath of the pandemic. It seeks to address social gaps, promote mental health, adapt to digitalization and maximize the SDGs. It highlights the proposed "Summit of the Future" as a key point of "Our Common Agenda," scheduled for September 2024. This summit is expected to generate a "Compact for the Future" to address various areas of global concern. The "New Youth Agenda" and the Summit of the Future complement each other, with special emphasis on youth participation, digital education and skills development.
